Humana Military has purchased the Health Net Provider Network and is in the process of transitioning the Tricare contract from Health Net to Humana, effective January 1, 2018. Wisconsin Physicians Service (WPS) is the new TRICARE East Region claims processor.
All providers submitting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) claims directly to WPS, must complete a self-registration process that includes an initial registration and the necessary request forms and business agreement(s).
